Oil Ejector

Technical data: HBEJ-MK2

The HBEJ-MK2 is an Oil Ejector for automatic drainage in industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. It works with the HBOR oil pot controller and uses two magnetic valves to transport oil. It's capable of emptying at a minimum rate of 0.05 liters per minute.

  • Pressure tolerance: Rated for pressures up to 130 bar (1885 psi).
  • Liquid/hot gas temperature: -60°C to 150°C (-76°F to 302°F).
  • Low energy consumption: Provides a cost-effective and energy-efficient solution.
  • Robust construction: Made with durable stainless steel and PEEK – or polyetheretherketone – a high-performance engineering plastic especially well-suited for tough environments with high temperatures.
  • CO2 system application: Can be used in CO2 systems for oil return from evaporators to suction lines in flooded systems.
