1. General
- This policy supplements our General Terms and Conditions (ORGALIME S2012 with HB amendments).
- Only products purchased directly from HB Products A/S are covered by this policy.
2. Product Returns & Exchanges (non-warranty)
- Standard (non-customised) products may be returned within 3 months of invoice if unused, resaleable, and approved by HB Products A/S.
- Customized or private-labeled products are non-returnable unless explicitly agreed.
- Returns are at the customer’s own expense and risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Minimum net line value for return: EUR 50 (or equivalent in the order currency).
- A handling fee of up to 15% may apply. Order admin, freight admin, and shipping fees are not credited.
3. Warranty Claims
- Standard warranty: 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from invoice – whichever comes first.
- pH and gas sensors: 12 months from invoice only.
- Warranty covers faults from defective design, materials, or workmanship only.
- Not covered: misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, etc.
- If a claim is rejected, HB Products A/S may charge a reasonable inspection and handling fee and return the product at the customer's expense and risk.
4. Warranty Claim Process (RMA required)
- Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number before sending any product.
- To request an RMA, download and complete the form, then send it to: QA@hbproducts.dk
- Do not return any product without an assigned RMA number.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days.
5. Liability
- HB Products A/S is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profit, production, or system damage).
- Liability is governed by our General Terms (ORGALIME S2012 with HB amendments).
